"I've been with this SF office for 30+ yrs. The previous agent, Kolleen Baumann, who retired several yrs ago. I almost moved agents since I left Olathe 25 yrs ago. I'm glad I didn't. Jim's office has handled a few changes for me since taking over & it's been a pretty smooth transition. I remember some issues I've had over the last few yrs & they handled them & got them corrected. I would recommend this office. Madison Francis has helped me recently & is very responsive!"

"Pam has been an insane amount of help! I had a truck refunded so I cancelled my policy at a different provider, they then cancelled all my policies so I had to look for new insurance!
